Appalling service

On Friday the 10th of July at 08:45 I called Rain to report my router that is not working, the guy I spoke with promised to log a call however after not receiving any reference number I called again. I spoke to a lady who promised to log it and apologized for the inconvenience. On Monday late in the afternoon, I called again only to find out the consultant logged the call with a wrong department. She then promised to log with a right department. Today it's Wednesday and have not received a single call from Rain, I have not been able to use the services since Friday due to the router that is not working.
