Appalling service

This is the 2nd complaint I am sending in. My complaint in December was never resolved and a new month and the problem still persists. I have sent emails sent messages on messenger called and nobody can answer me. I asked to speak to Ryan Vryster the manager who refuses now to speak to me, he says my problem is being attended too.
