Appalling Internet service.

Absolutely shocking. Firstly I was given false information. I did a "signal search" on their website and was told i get 5G Internet service where I live and was recommended the 501 router. I ordered it and when I received it, it didnt pick up 5G. After many attempts I finally get a call back from customer support. They then told me I dont get 5G, only 4G. I proceeded to tell them about the false information etc. No apology, nothing. They just continued to repeatedly tell me "You dont get 5G where you stay". No explanation as to why their website said i did- nothing. The signal i do get it really bad, when I get it. It works in one single spot in my house if I move it- nothing. I got 2 sim cards which are ******* because the signal us do bad. I've had to keep this ******* for now because I ported my cell number. I've had no apology nothing from rain for being sold false information. I never would've gone with rain if I new I couldn't get 5G. They are one of the most expensive service providers and I feel they lie just to get the customers.
