Appalling

Shocking service. Paid, tried to activate, nothing. Complained, 5 days later still no activation Spoke to 6 different people in Customer Care. Some had no knowledge, got different advice and I still have activation. I have cancelled, I can only imagine what trying to get a refund will be like. Don’t waste your time and money
