Appalling customer support

Appalling customer support, moved to a new address, no internet. Logged a call 2 days ago, I was promised that one of their Technicians will be in contact with me, no one has bothered to update nor contact me. I have called them numerous times, only to be told that they will look into my issue. Still no resolve
