Appalling Customer service terrible.

Slow connections, buffering,slow download speeds of less than 1MB/s, I logged more than 5 tickets no response what so ever from them till date my query has not been resolved. I was told by one of their consultants Rosina Kola that they cannot fix my slow connection. Would not recommend this ISP for anyone.
