Appalling customer service and empty promises. rude consultant.
After numerous calls and emails I still have no internet, I have been cut off by one of their consultants. I have been promised help since my debit order went off. the company is not interested in helping customers at all. I feel ****** and abused by a company that promised me good service. its almost two weeks now no help in sight.

10 Mar 2021, 14:01Mosa you have been sending me responses with promises since the month began. don't you guys have any sense of pride in what you do ? how can you leave a client with an unresolved issue for two weeks a network issue surely you have IT personnel in your organization. this is wrong you are no different to robbing me. i have paid you money for a service please provide the service.
