Appalling Customer Service

Sent an email on Wednesday,April 29 till this day haven't received feedback regarding my query then you have the audacity to debit my account R -293.14 for what? no services were rendered. Sort out this mess as RIGHT NOW I do not give a hoot about you guys experiencing high volumes. Do you even consider the importance of customer service? NO I think you're forgetting that customers are the foundation of any business success. Go back to drawing board.
