Appalling customer service

I am very appalled by the customer service I experienced, firstly I booked for an early slot because I work from home and I am usually less busy in the mornings however your courier guy just showed up now, but before he did… he called me and started shouting at me because he was lost and didn’t have enough airtime as if that is my fault. He also mentioned that my address is not picking up on google maps so I proceeded to advise him that the driver who came to deliver did not have any problems as he came straight to my door, he rudely responded by saying he will leave without collecting the router and maybe the previous driver can come and collect. After that he dropped the call, I called him back and he demanded that I should meet him halfway because I am delaying other customers, when my slot was at 8:10am👀 . I tried explaining that I work from home so I can’t just come and go around this time then he basically said it’s not his problem. You can just tell that he was never trained on customer service. I am so disgusted.I am so glad I cancelled and I will never associate myself with this company ever again
