Appalling and disappointing
I was initially drawn in by the promise of a R100 gift voucher upon signing up for the service. However, after completing the subscription process and paying the full R595, my expectations quickly turned sour. Despite my efforts to reach out through the website and email, I have yet to receive any form of communication from the company. It's been over two weeks of silence, leaving me questioning the legitimacy and reliability of their services. Disappointed and frustrated, I'm now considering escalating this issue further and sharing my experience on social media platforms.
