Appalling after sales

Absolutely appalled by service. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service. I was promised Monday 24/12 someone on tier 2 will all me back within 24-48 hrs re my enquiry still nothing despite chats and email sent. I was told to do 1 thing which did but still the amount is going up no one calls me. I chatted online with someone this morning requesting a supervisor to call me back, was told no 1 on flr in meeting almost 3 pm one has called. Went onto FB someoneafter 12 asked for my email address and Sim number and yet no response from anyone.
