Appalled!!! DISGUSTED!!! ****S!!!

Rain are ****s and they have no clue about customer service. They have promised me since the 2nd of April that they will refund my Personal account after a double payment was mad. They then said my account reflects in a credit and that I wont be debited on the 1st April. I see now that my next debit order is still scheduled for the 1st of April. I know when I am dealing with good company's and RAIN is NOT a good HONEST company, they just give you the run around and excuse after excuse after excuse and the same lie to stall. I am over it and I DON'T ever want to deal with an establishment that lies like this ever again!!! it is rather comical how you just stall to keep customers money with no intention of ever refunding money!!! DISGUSTED!!!
