I am disgusted & appalled at the pathetic service I have received. I was double debited by Rain which I notified them on 26 June. I have made at least 20 calls to them requesting a refund. They said 10 days at most. It’s day 15 and I haven’t received my refund. The agents u speak to at the customer care line are useless. RAIN IS PATHETIC AND DAYLIGHT *******

I have expressed at least 10 times that is not what I want. This is daylight *******. So u are gaining interest on funds that are not yours. Honestly I have never ever received such horrific service from any other service provider. I have also spent at least R200 on call time calling into ur help desk who does nothing. I will take this to the ombudsman if need be.

I am not interested in any private messages from Rain. It’s day 18 now and I still have not received my refund. Stop offering to credit my account. I have expressed at least 10 times that is not what I want. This is daylight *******. So u are gaining interest on funds that are not yours. Honestly I have never ever received such horrific service from any other service provider. I have also spent at least R200 on call time calling into ur help desk who does nothing. I will take this to the ombudsman if need be.
