Appaalling service

I had the sim card delivered to me yesterday by Takealot. I tried to RICA but failed because the damn thing gts stuck on facial recognition. This is after I have made payment and hoping that I would be sorted. I have sent numerous tickets for assistance. I was asked by France Munyai to send proof of ID and residence and I did so yesterday, he/she did not even bother to acknowledge if he/she received the documents. Now I am told RICA will contact me but I was not even given a time frame. Rain South Africa acts like we didn't pay for the service. There is absolutely no way to reach them telephonically. They are just damn unprofessional. I would like for this to be resolved immediately or get my money back.
