App struggle

Not really a bad complain as such. My Rain go app is not rezoning my email anymore and does not send me a recovery email to reset my password. Tried calling support but they "manually" send me a reset mail and drop the call. I never received any email. Any one please willing to assist me with this matter? Been 3 weeks now. Thanks.

The product and network is amazing no complaints there suggested a few people who joined Rain as well and they also have no complaints regarding. This should only be a system glitch or something
