apalled rain customer

hi there, i have been using rain for a while now and i have just about given up on hoping to get better service. They suck completely at giving you better service,all sales just give you the same thing over and over. i get 30kb speed at times for hours!!!! i mean 4g seriously they keep telling me to move my ****le/router. not sure if i should stick it on the roof. totally disgusted!!! Will be changing soon and moving on , it wont make a difference complaining...
