Anyone have a 56kbps modem? It'll be 100 times faster!

Seriously!? Beyond pathetic!! It's that time of the month again when I, the client, have to tell the service provider that their network absolutely sucks. :( A download that should take 20 minutes, tops, has taken 5 hours to reach the halfway mark. I don't know which is worse: Rain, ANC, or government. Hard to tell the difference.
