Another undeserved 1 start for your billing department

I got debited in November for a service I had cancelled in October.

I have spent 1 hour today on a call with your call centre agents. My air time even got finished and Nthabiseng nor Aruan bothered to call me back.

I even got an SMS telling me that I will be charged again on the 23rd of the month.

If there is anything you are doing well is hiding behind your call center in India at least tell them where to find the terms and conditions, while you are at it.

I am not looking for another sorry for the inconvenience, I need this resolved

I actually cancelled the service on the 12th of October. If I could attach a screenshot of the email I got confirming that I had cancelled the service I would place it here.

Secondly, how come I cannot find this in your terms and conditions? Is there a set of terms and conditions that customers do not have but are bound to? A quick search for post-paid or pre-paid in your terms and conditions shows zero results for both. So this for me looks like you are hiding information to make sure we are not able to hold you to account.

Thirdly, my invoice makes no such distinction, as to whether I am a post paid or prepaid client. Back in May or June, I downgraded to the R499 package, on the website it says month-to-month and when I upgraded back to the Home Premium, I selected a product that said mont-to-month R999 so either this was supposed to be communicated then or "month-to-month" is false advertising.

What I am asking for is my money back, or point me to the part in the Terms and Conditions. As far as I am concerned the Terms and Conditions for Rain Services read as follows and I am as such bound

2.3 Customers acknowledge and understand that access to and use of the Services and Rain Channel is provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for Rain.
2.4 By registering for Rain Services, you commit that:
you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, you have accepted these Terms and Conditions as binding, and, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
