ANOTHER PATHETIC ISP!!!

Sad to see how many complaints just today. It seems all the ISP's in South Africa are beyond useless. Sent an email more than 19 hours, no response. Phoned an hour ago, still waiting for the promised call back, good thing I didn't hold my breath DEFINITELY not worth R700 per month, not achieving anywhere near the promised speeds. Ended up spending R200 yesterday on mobile data to send a backup file on Wetransfer, as it failed 4 times because of Rain's pathetic speed. Cannot believe how absolutely poor customer service is in South Africa, nobody cares, nobody takes responsibility.
