Another hard ISP lesson learned....Rain is a bad idea!!!

After nightmare experiences with 2 other ISP's I honestly thought I made the right choice to sign up with Rain, 2 days later my modem is delivered, great! Huge improvement from the other 2 ISP's...... Sadly that is where the good experience started and ended, my 5G lasted exactly 3 hours, now suddenly no signal, and I realised NO TELEPHONIC SUPPORT. Sent an email and the turnaround time is 24 hours, seriously? 24 hours? I work from home, I need internet, not intermittent, but constantly and reliable!!! Rather tell me how do I cancel, AND GET A REFUND OF THE R480 I JUST WASTED!!!! Unbelievable, ISP's is an absolute joke!!
