Annoyed with your customer service level!

Last month I ordered a router & I figured that they've not included the bracket to mount it I tried calling & I am unable to speak with someone in south africa each time I get router to someone in the Philippines who keep advising that they'll arrange a call back which never gets to be the case I don't think rain cares as long as they take money! I need the bracket for my router to mount it & I don't want to speak with someone from Philippines they don't know anything about prices or what they talking about! If not take it back!
