Annoyed with this pathetic service!

Terrible experience with rain... When you call them you can't get through, send them emails or lodge complaints on the app and never ever do they call you! But let you be a new customer wanting to sign up they call you within minutes.

I pay in full every month, it works for the 1st few days very well and there after for the rest of the month there's never any connection, this is the worst service ever, I even upgraded to a higher package thinking that would help but it' did not and they know this that's why they don't return the calls or answer when we call... They just make you wait on the line until you get tired or your airtime gets depleted, so I will be canceling this month that's for certain.
