Annoyed with Rain Network

So annoyed with Rain network. I received messages and debit order transactions on my account. Its been 2 months not using the sim card and now they are telling me im owing R1000 for Jan nd Feb. How can i owe something i never used. Nd again the contract i have r with them its for R250 not R479 they sre talking about. Can rain return money taken from the account. And want to cancel the contract. I tried to call the call center bt i have been holding on forever
