We pay a monthly fee our reception is hardly ever good. To see one movie which is approximately 1 hrs 30mins. Ends up being 2hrs 30 minutes or we just give up and not even finish it. When you call the call center they tell you to move your rooter around the whole flat . But nothing happens. Or in certain instances while you are talking to them. Miraculously the reception comes right without us doing a thing. It's at its worse in the evenings around 8pm and on weekends. This is the time when you want to watch your programmes. When you complain to a representative they tell you they will get their IT person and Supervisor to call you back which never happens. We even upgraded to a more expensive Rooter but still the reception is poor.The monthly fee we pay compared to the quality of service and reception is pathetic. We can't understand why they are still allowed to operate and take our monthly installment. It's an absolute *******. So please use RAIN as your last resort. Our weekends are supposed to be relaxing and entertaining, instead they are annoying and irritating.
