Good day,

I have never regretted a contract commitment as much as my subscription with rain. Everything is just so delayed. I ordered the R479 package and paid for it 12th May 2020 only to have it delivered 21st June . Sim is still no use because it is not activated which is something that is supposed to happen 2 hours after receiving the sim card. I have queried this problem 2 days ago and still waiting for a response. It is very frustrating to have a service which is paid for to be so unreliable to matters that is supposed to happen automatically . .just do your job already
