Annoyed Customer

This is unbelievable really.. internet has been down for more than a week now in the south and all we are told is that the tower is down... we complain everyday and everyday its the same story " please do a hard reset ".... mxm. Can we please get accurate feedback as to what is really happening and not bs... I'm so annoyed
