Good morning
Trust all is well.
I called in for some assistance with regards to my wifi not working, it shows no internet and I've been moving it around the house! Like I moved it everywhere yet it shows "no internet". I spoke too 3 or more consultants and they just said the matter has been escalated to the relevant department but still I'm not being assisted. I work from home and it's annoying and irritating that I have to make alternative plans to work!!!
It's not like we borrowing or you guys giving us wifi for free' nah this service is poor!!!
