Annoyed

We canceled our service on the 2nd February 2023 with rain and have been disconnected on the same day meaning we had no internet access for the entire February, however on the 25th they still debited us for the month of February after cutting us off. We have been trying to get a refund from them for the debited amount but no one bothers to respond. Can someone from Rain please reach out to us and refund us our money
