annoyed and frustrated

if there was less than one star. the service is amazing, its just the people at RAIN are the worst. so i needed 4 sim cards for my team and i was not gonna pay for them all i did was to get them. when i spoke to the sales agent i explained this and he clearly said when the sims are delivered i must call them and they will take the billing details. i was told NO, the billed me 600, this sims are lying in my drawer. i have made it very clear that i did not want this sims on my account, now they expecting me to pay for sim cards that are sealed and not in use. please make me understand how this will work. as i did not want them nor use them, i have 5g and a single sim that i am happy with. i am really frustrated by this as month end is almost here and it this will affect my 5g service
