Annoyed!!!!!!!

I've been using the month to month 5G package. I canceled in the first week of May and was still debited for June. There is no option to remove my banking details. I was under the impression that you pay for the month ahead. Reading all these posts on rain I am strongly considering going to get a new bank account. Rain is just a ****. To think I really recommended it and wanted to take it up again when I'm settled within my relocated place. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service at this point.

Why is there no option to remove banking details!! I'm pretty sure that's highly against the law, especially seeing that it is a month to month service. It is also showing my next payment date but my sim card no longer works. Feeling frustrated and annoyed is an understatement right now.
