These People Are Absolute ****** They Debit My account 2 times in a month Once on the 25th and on the 1st they want money again and if I don't pay I get put off each time calling their pathetic call center I get Told my account is in arrears which no one can explain to me how the F***** is that possible and they Refuse to change my payment date to the 25th when asking why again I get told I'm in arrears absolute ******* I have paid my account on the 25th April 2024 now rain wants to again take money from me on the 1st May ******* service ******* call center I will rather cancel my subscription and never ever go to rain I will also encourage others not to get this **** they are theives and they cannot account for their actions I do not want a apology I want my account to be rectified as the way I specified as I did specify to debit on the 25th but these MotherF******* takes money from me twice
