M not sure if Rain is a Company orba ****, I have been complaining and contacting them still no 1 is attending or contacting me at this point I no longer need their stinky services I just need my refund coz Cleary they don't know what they are doing, u cannot fail to do 1 thing for more than 3weeks and also fail to update someone about your Failure, I don't need apologies from their machine I need my money to go and look for Companies who are serious about business, m Angry about my Money not about the useless service

Yesterday late I received a call from Musa ref no ***5 Musa promised me that a Technician will be at my place 2day hence I took time off work to be at home, 2day while I was waiting for a Technician I received a call from Boniswa who said the Technician will be at my place within the next 24 hours when I ask her about the call from Musa her answer was that she knows Nothing about that so I decided to call Rain I spoke to Iviwe when I ask her about the inconvenience that m being subjected to she said "we are not allowed to give the turn around time" I was very surprised by her answer because according to her statement she simple mean that her colleagues just decided to call me and Lie which I find it very disrespectful because Rain decided to take my R559.00 and ignore me for 3weeks then all of a sudden they decide to Lie how insulting is that, Rain I am begging you if you cannot Resolve this Issue just Refund me or Take that money And stay the Hell away from me or else I will have to escalate this Matter
