I am not happy with rain. My little sister took the rain sim with them and made an agreement to pay them every month via EFT or the rain app. Last time she used my card to pay them. She stopped using it 3months back and what I know is that if you don't pay,you don't get data. To my surprise,today they decided to make a purchase payments and not just one payment but two payments on my bank account without my knowledge. We have debichecks for a reason. So I did t make any payment arrangement with them. So can they please reverse my money back cause I am not the one who took that rain sim with them and I am definitely not the one who made any agreement with them.I NEVER GAVE ANYONE TO GO THROUGH MY BANK AND MAKE PURCHASE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
