Angry as hell

I paid Rain twice on the 21st of last month and they told me i will get my refund on the 29th of August, today its the 2nd of September i have not received anything,why are you doing this to me

Why is it that you don't want to give me my refund and i have never missed payment can you attend to this matter urgently i am not happy at all,is this how you treat your customers???

You guys are ****S you never deduct from my account i pay via Capitec account every month,i actually pay pay before because i asked you to deduct on the 25th but i pay on the 20th of every month.Send my statement to *** i want to escalate this matter to NCR and PASA and highlight for me the month you are talking about.Shame on you
