Angry annoyed and unhelped customer for months in waiting

I have not been assisted since my call in September 2023 I have called every month and to date they have **** and not escalated my issue and not called me back and also just deduct money every month. I am extremely annoyed and really angry at this point. These consultant only lie and never call back or assist me.
