ANGRY AND ****ED OFF

I cancelled my Rain services, Paid up my account and Rain sent CCD Couriers to come and collect the router on the 30TH OF AUGUST 2022. More than a year later Rain has now instrusted CCD Couriers to come and collect a router from me again. Which router do you want ne to give CCD Couriers because I returned the one that I had and CCD Couriers sent me an an email to confirm that the router has been received and returned to Rain on the 31ST OF AUGUST 2022. I have all email correspondence from the time collection of the router was being organized until the router was finally collected. Rain please check your records properly and stop stressing me for nothing. You only gave me one router which you took. So where do you expect me to get the other router from. I don't want want to receive the annoying phone calls and emails from CCD Couriers for something which I returned. I'm so so ****ed off.
