ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED

I took Rain internet, since from 2020 or 2021 if im not mistaken, and not missing payments. 2024 i left the country, the same month i had paid rain full amount and i took the Router home so that my family can utilize what i had paid for, what i was told from the beginning was if you do not pay you wont get any service. Rain did not cancel the subscription instead continued billing me i eventually paid 2000rand because my family still the router. December 2024 the router stopped working but they continued to be bill me every month. Buy my understanding im owing rain 5000. I returned home and called rai to make arrangement of paying and if they can restore my service. August i paid 374 promise to pay Installment and 589 monthly internet coverage( However i did not get any coverage, i called rain until i gave up) Rain just took the 589 for nothing. and i can see that they are still trying to debit 589 from my capitec and Polish Account every month ( why ) 0n the 25 october literally 2days ago rain debited 125,PLN which is 589 zar from the account that i they are not suppose to debit from. can i please get a refund, i have reported the router not working so many times and no one helped me i called rain so so so many times and every day they tell me someone will call you and no one ever did. i requested a refund for the first 589 and still to this day nothing, so now they debited my account and this is not the account they are suppose to be debiting.
