Angry and Disappointed

I logged a complain on Saturday morning about the 5G router from Rain, you won't believe that my connection issue is still not resolved. The initial complain was done on the 30th March today is the 5th, I was only called once by a rude consultant. I will definitely not advice anyone to use Rain.
