Andiswa was quick to pick up that I had not completed my application. Called to find out if I needed help. Was engaged asked her to call me again in 10mins. She was in time we spoke she sent a link for payment and promised to call me again in 10mins after explaining in detail what was expected of me. Thereafter she indeed called and found was struggling with the payment, took me through it while holding on and managed to finalise with her holding my hand. Exceptional service that was
