Good day Kindly note that I have cancelled the Rain sim card card on the 01 Oct 2019, and the email to request cancellation was send on the 02 Sept 2019. Today the 03 November 2023, I received an email from debt collectors by the name of nudebt requesting payment of R250. Kindly assist with this since it constitutes unfair business practice. I will even advise all people in my circle of influence to terminate their services with Rain. Its unacceptable. ***.
