***** and **** they overcharged me with no explanation

Rain is trying to **** me because this is the second time I’m billed for two months and told I missed a payment when I didn’t when I ask for them to call and conduct an investigation I’m forced to pay the incorrect amount no assistance whatsoever. People need to be aware of the **** they are running they always do this. Have not yet received any assistance instead I’m told I should pay for the incorrect bill
