I have never experienced worst customer service. RAIN has *********** staff that can't fix billing since March they take the money then all of a sudden it doesn't reflect I have never dealt with a more useless company than this. I regret ever signing up with them. THEY lie and ***** money from clients I'm sick and tired of this

08 Oct 2025, 20:25I chatted to your consultant since last Friday I've made 3 immediate payments I have sent over 30 messages in 2 days and you still responding with the same copy and paste. Today I was told pay and your connection will be restored so don't come on this platform not even knowing your consultants are giving false information 3 payments later and this response is the same I recieved 5 days ago. Go and look at your records before you come here and lie please get your facts straight
