*********** and poor customer service from Rain

I have been trying to get an ITC confirmation letter from Rain for more than a week. I'm stuck and can't continue with my insurance claim. It's so frustrating because the agents pretend to not understand what you need assistance with,they give you incorrect information which I did not ask for even after thoroughly explaining to them what I need, what an ITC number is, why I need it and why ITC numbers are needed. I'm so fed up with rain they are *********** and offer poor service. That time my account is always up to date.
