********** and harassment

If there was no stars that's what I would give rain. We got rain the in September 2020 and the service was absolutely terrible. The signal.itswlf is terrible that we landed up paying every month for nothing. Then they offered their 5g and said it was so much better. Another lie to prove how terrible they are. I cancelled rain in February 2022 and we were informed that our account was in the arrears but then I received a statement showing the account up to date. Then I was informed that it was a mistake on their system but I must payment and I told them I will not pay for their mistake as our account was up to date. Then we were informed a driver will come within a week to collect the router. Driver never came. We weren't contacted for over a year until April this year where I was told my account is suddenly R1900 for a service that was cancelled and I wasn't even using. I've sent emails and no response. I get harassed by rain at work. They are absolutely ********** and I do not recommend them. They continue to harass me and I told them to stop and correct their system and they refuse. Absolutely terrible and a waste of time.
