I ordered the loop device from rain ,the sales consultant said it was unlimited calls and hotspot . The delivery came with two devices and now they're billing me for these two devices when I only ordered one. On top of that the hotspot data is capped at 5GB.The service is ridiculously bad. Today was just the first day and I'm already fed up. I will not allow them to ***** and **** me charges for a device I never ordered. I'm definitely canceling their service.
