AN EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!!!!

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW RAIN IS STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!

I've canceled my subscription, "Not contract" contract with them on the 21st of Sep 2021, and on this day, the 1st of Dec, they debited money again. After a whole send box full of mails and a call log of no other trying to cancel and collect and they've PROMISED ME it's canceled and no more payments will go off on my account ....it's all fun and games and quick responses when you want to goin this "non contract " contract , but to cancel with them is like speaking to a rock . No follow-ups , no revolving any issues, and to try and get a hold of them is ever worse!!!!
