I was using rain for few months but then I stopped using rain for almost a year now not using rain
Today out of nowhere am billed even more then what we agreed on years back am reconnecd to a service I have abundant last year I need my money back 😢 I need that money to pay for my transport please

12 Apr 2022, 16:32If that's the case why first month when I started using rain I was not billed was told because it's in the middle of the month I will be billed the following month which that what happened I was billed half for previous month and total amount for that month and that was the 1st of the month
And from then I was billed every 1st of the month now am surprised when you say it's post paid it's really confusing honestly
Check the balance from the first time I opened the account
