I have never been frustrated with such a poor service first it was the delivery issue for my Rain sim card I had to wait for almost 3 weeks after I have paid upfront, secondly I had to wait for two for sim to be activated.... Received a communication confirming the activation but there's absolutely no Signal with this rain I have done all the setting as instructed but still.. I have logged a call to be assisted two ticket day after day but no one has bothered to come back with feedback... You guys are just FUSTRATING and your Service is PATHETIC.
