Amazing Service

I joined Rain during the hard times of pre covid and had issues with connectivity however Shaylen managed to resolve the issue even when it seemed impossible he always pulled through, we then managed to sort out the connectivity issue which am greatful for, I went through a hard time during this time were I was retrenched and no longer full time employed and had the rain sim cards which worked and made various payment arrangements with Shaylen who made sure I had connectivity which at the ultimate end I managed to secure various contracts and posts which enabled me to work and pay it off. I believe if it was not for Shaylen and his team I wouldn't be where I am today as they are part of my success and if it was at a different service provider my lines would have been terminated a long time ago but with the trust and service I received I was given a chance to be connected and be able to find work and be able to provide for my family. Thank you Shaylen and your team you guys will forever be engraved in my books Thank you Rain you treated me as an individual and human being instead of treating me like a subscriber and you showed me you were interested in building a lasting business relationship than making profit
