Amazing product. But Zero Support & Zero Logistics

Rain oh rain. We have such a love/hate relationship at the moment. Your product is amazing but any support and logistics around it is a complete nightmare!

Let's start with this call *** I logged a simple call. Well explained. That I need to swap out for an outdoor unit. The building I'm installing at has no windows and I'm getting zero signal off the ZTE CPE. I was impressed. I got logistics to try do a swap out within a week of contacting RAIN. The operative word being try. The logistics team somehow managed to send me the wrong unit. Some OPPA CPE that is not outdoor and almost identical to the ZTE. Zero signal.

This is where you need hair on your teeth. Numerous of calls between support , networks and logistics no one can seem to action anything or speak to the right person.

I'm still without connectivity for a service I'm being billed for and its been over a week with no resolution in sight.

Funny enough I called in about 4 times today. I received a new ref ***7 Only to be told logistics have not responded and support are unable to reach them. Support can only escalate.

The joys. Oh and luckily I was reminded to have a good Friday!
